The Company

Our full time professional contracts covers the beginning of September through April. With two paid stage performances offered in the season, our goal is to offer a variety of repertoire by our directors and guest choreographers from the Atlanta area. Profectus also aims to participate in Atlanta festivals when it works with the seasons schedule.
Trainee contracts covers the beginning of September through April. With two paid stage performances offered in the season, our goal is to offer a variety of repertoire by our directors and guest choreographers from the Atlanta area. Profectus also aims to participate in Atlanta festivals when it works with the seasons schedule.
Trainee members are asked to take additional classes outside the two classes offered by Profectus. They are also asked to understudy any pieces they are not selected to dance in.
Profectus offers a unique opportunity for dancers who want to continue their dance training in a broader way. This non-performance contract not only gives the dancer an opportunity to take free classes and understudy all pieces and works done through Profectus, but also offers training in stage managing, social media, marketing, light designing, and so much more.
